My Dentist retired and I made an appointment with Dr. Jeff Tollett. On the way there I was very anxious. When I walked into the office I could detect my mind and body beginning to settle down. I checked in with a very nice and welcoming Staff. It wasn’t long before Dr. Tollett came and invited me to his work area. When he finished going over my information and working on my teeth he showed me to his first Assistant’s Area. He gave her my report and instructions. When she had finished she showed me over to the next Assistant. Both Ladies were very good, kind and thorough. I went back to the Front and the nice Ladies gave me my instructions and told me I could leave and to take care and they would see me in six months. When I left I felt so good and happy. My Dentist retired and I was going to Jeff Tollett, D.D.S. On my way there I was feeling very anxious and afraid. When I walked into the Office I began to calm down. The room made me somewhat at ease. The Lady at the window welcomed me and signed me in. Then Dr. Tollett came out and welcomed me and directed me to his office. He made me feel very comfortable and safe as he examined my teeth. He directed me to his first Assistant and gave her the results of my exam and his instructions. She immediately introduced herself and did her work. Then she took me to the second Assistant and explained what would need to be done. The two Assistants were great. They put me through the procedures taking care of me and making sure that I was alright and comfortable the entire time. When they finished, Dr. Tollett came back and checked to see that I was fine and ready to leave. Then I went to the Staff at the Front and they said that they would need to see me in six months and we set the date. They were as kind and friendly as they were when I came in. My regular dental hygienist was on vacation, so another (substitute) hygienist, cleaned my teeth. Malika was professional and thorough, asked me all sorts of questions on my dental hygiene routine. A very pleasant experience.

Dr. Tollett is a wonderful dentist. I used to have a fear of going to a dentist because some did not believe I could feel the drilling after I was given a deadening shot. Dr. Tollett understood what my problem was and I lost all my fear. He has a very friendly, relaxed approached to his patients as do the rest of his staff. I can’t say enough about everyone there. On top of that, most importantly his work is so good. Never a problem.

Thorough, professional, and so very personable. He does an amazing job with the everyday, mundane dentist stuff (cleanings) as well as the more complicated things. He is also an artist when it comes to fixing broken teeth to match, making crowns fit and look natural, and all things cosmetic.

Dr. Tollett is one extremely exceptional dentist who excels with anything from the easiest cases to the most challenging! He is one passionate DDS who is extremely caring and dedicated to providing the very best work for each individual patient as necessary. He addresses every case with precision, he's an excellent diagnostician knowing what he excels at and what not. Finding solutions to every case while putting patients at ease is a specialty . The Labs and Specialists he uses are top notch in the city . And finally the staff and office is great with its long standing professionals whom have created a comfortable, easy family environment. I only wish Dr Tollette started taking care of my teeth as a teenager instead of an older adult! Thankfully I have moved my entire Family of five who are quite particular, over to his practice Lucky them he's the best!

My implant broke off and I could not remember who did the work other than a vague it’s “such and such” place, so Dr. Tollett tracked down the person that installed it and researched all the tools and replacement parts to get the broken stud removed. He also asked me if I had trouble with food stashing in a hole in my molar and patched it up and fixed my bite while he was at it. Everyone at this practice is super professional, friendly and passionate about what they do 10/10 would recommend!

Dental HygieneAssistnat very efficient yet gentle and considerate. Dr Toillett is the best with mnodern technology and great bedside manner.

Great experience. Had tooth pain starting on Saturday. I called and left a message for the doc tot on call. Dr. Toilet called within minutes and scheduled me for Monday. He diagnosed the problem and put a temporary crown on my tooth in about an hour and, problem solved.

My wife Donna is suffering from Alzheimer's Disease, so her conduct can often be unpredictable, but yesterday with your people, she was happy and enjoyed meeting all of you. I was concerned how she would react, but you all put her and I at ease.

First timer to this dental office and the service was great. I’m always terrified to dentists but here they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Doctor explained my options and was quick. I’ll give it a try to have them as my permanent dentist. Oh and by the way, the work performed was amazing.

Dr. Tollett genuinely cares about each of his clients. He patiently explains procedures and does not pressure any hard sell on any procedure. He presents your options in a friendly and approachable way. He does not push teenagers to go to braces if they don't need them. He is reachable during an emergency and will go the extra mile for you. I trust him with my family's dental care and could not recommend him more highly.

On Wednesday, March 13, I had my teeth cleaned by Jess, a dental hygienist that did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. Jess was most proficient, gentle, polite and thorough in the accomplishment of her task. I would highly recommend a visit to the dental practice of Jeff Tollett, DDS.

I'm a big chicken when it comes to the dentist. My gums and teeth are both very sensitive. The hygienist Jess did a great job! She desensitized my teeth and gums before cleaning and I was very comfortable. Super staff all the way around and Dr. Tollett is kind, easy going and very competent. Highly recommend.

Good practice; personable staff

I had a great experience at Dr. Tolletts office. I had a 1;30 appt for a cleaning and I went in at 1;30. Sarah did a fine job cleaning my teeth. I had no problems. Dr. Tollett checked my teeth and all was well in my mouth.

So impressed with all the staff in this office. Dr Tollett is knowledgeable, professional and kind. Sarah, the dental hygienist was fantastic too. Real attention to detail. For example when they took X-rays they had a special shield for protecting my thyroid.

I am not happy. There was too much grinding and a space was created (opened up) 2 places that didn't exist before. It looks terrible, like a rotten tooth, and how is that fixed? Why did no one tell me of the gaps (which appear black) while I was there? I also was unhappy because I was shamed into having x-rays and my neck was not protected. I told her I didn't want x-rays, it was very unpleasant.
